With the help of advance machinery progress is being made at a very fast rate. Levelling and plotting are near complete and development work has passed its initial stages.

For initial work 200 pieces of heavy machinery are being operated with 4 tube wells to fill water needs in society. The management is not only making sure that development is made at a faster rate but also that no compromise is made quality wise.

The capital Smart City was launched with an exclusive ceremony held at capitals Smart City on May 2 2019

Site offices:

On July 12th 2019 after an official meeting by administrative of capital Smart City allocation to official dealers including sky marketing, of site offices was authorized.

Amusement park:

Known for organizing fun rides, fun fairs and games Friej Entertainment International is an internationally recognized Entertainment company. On 23 October 2019 a deal was made by capital smart city and Friej Entertainment International to construct and amusement park in surrounding area of capital Smart City .

With joint collaboration between master planning company of Smart City future development holdings and top management of capital Smart City and agreement was signed by the CEO of Friej Entertainment International Mr. Friej El Zein , to build an amusement park.

According to the contract signed by the Friej Entertainment International, The company will build many amusement parks throughout Pakistan including cities like Karachi , Islamabad and Lahore . Friej Entertainment International is known for its efficiency for building world class projects in over 26 countries within 2 to 3 months

Chief commercial officer of capital Smart City Mr. Imran Zahid stated that this will not only improve economy of Pakistan but also provide much needed entertainment and amusement facilities throughout Pakistan

These parts will improve regional economic stability by improving life and providing jobs. The park will also attract foreign investment which will further boost the economy of Pakistan. This will also result in increased International tourism which will improve our image on the international stage.

Updated Status:

The capital smart city purchased more land as of 21st November 2019 near river sill and along chakri road which will also be added to master plan of capital smart city.

Balloting:

The ballot was postponed which was scheduled to be held 3rd last week of November in 2019, previously due to political unrest in capital region for another month.

5 December 2019 is the last date set to be eligible for the desired plot number. After this date selection will not possible.
